Our rates are lowest Sunday thru Thursday, from April thru October. During ski season, peak rates are in effect, but still discounted Sunday thru Thursday. Discounts are available when staying 3 or more nights during non-holiday periods, and for 4 or more nights during the holidays. The entire house may also be reserved by groups for any purpose, such as family reunions, surprise birthday parties, or for any other reason you can think of...just call and speak with the Innkeeper to discuss the details, including pricing. Arrangements may also be made for a classically trained chef to be on hand full time if you choose to rent the entire house. Again, a phone call is the best way to discuss this option. |
Weekend room rates begin at $115 during the non-winter months, and from $135 per night during the winter. Our rates go down significantly during the week (Sunday thru Thursday). A full breakfast is included in the price of the room(s). Special discounts are offered to those who serve the public good... please phone us to find out if that means you! We also offer discounts to those who stay with us on return visits. Also, we offer special promotions each month to those who read this and phone us…just ask what we are promoting that month! We have a 2 night minimum stay during all weekends, and a 3 night minimum during holiday periods... exceptions to this can be made... please phone us for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable fee of $100 per room will be debited from you credit card if you cancel for any reason. Also, if you must cancel, we require at least a 10-day notice so that we have the opportunity to resell the room(s). If we do not receive the 10 day notice, the Innkeeper reserves the right to debit your credit card for the nights you had originally booked if we can not resell the room, and if we do this, we will gladly apply the debited amount to your next stay so that you don't pay twice. At that point, you will have up to 90 days from the date of your original reservation, to come back and stay with us. |

We start accepting room reservations for the winter months beginning July 1. Because our B&B has become so intensely popular over the years, we recommend that you phone us as early as possible so that we can accommodate you for your winter vacation.
